We had a rich, full meeting on April 18.
After a time of prayer, the pastor shared some accountability questions with the team for personal examination or to give to someone else to ask us.
The other "opening ceremonies" (agenda, minutes) were followed by reports from the Transitional Pastor and Treasurer.
A big part of the meeting was related to the finalizing of the pastoral profile, discussion of the timing of search, and staffing plans.
We also reviewed staff contracts and job descriptions.
We anticipate moving into search before too long, and will likely have some info for the congregation early in May.
