RECYCLING PROGRAM

Timbers Community Church has started a recycling program to partner with local ministries, Shepherd's Corner and St. Vincent De Paul's.  When you bring your empty pill bottles, plastic (yogurt/sour cream) containers, plastic bread clips and/or plastic bags with you to church on Sunday, they will go to assist one of these organizations.   

The pill bottles are used to provide individual portions of dish detergent, laundry soap and shampoo to individuals in need.  So no large pill bottles, please.  The other items are used to send extra food portions home with those who need it. 

Since the recycling program started in August, we have had great participation and the receiving agencies are thrilled with the donations.  So keep recycling - Timbers.  The earth, and our local partners thank you!
